What's on their lots. How long it's been there. How much of it is moving.
Every dealer can see what a lot holds today. Nobody can see what it held last month. Powersports Watch reads every listing on every lot in your market each morning and keeps it, so for any dealer you compete with you can see what they carry, how long each machine has been sitting, and how many arrive and leave, day by day.
Inventory intelligence for powersports and motorsports dealerships. For owners, general managers and sales managers. We review each request by hand.

What's on every lot
Every listing on every lot you compete with, read each morning and kept. The history is the product; today's listing page is free to anyone.
How long it's been there
Not an average, not a guess from a model year — the number of days that specific machine has been listed, counted from the first morning we saw it.
How much of it is moving
What arrived and what stopped being listed, every day, and whether a lot is turning its stock or only holding it — with every price change dated along the way.
A morning in the app
A working morning, screen by screen, the way a member sees it. Every tab works, and so does the first dealer on the Today screen.

The morning view. Every lot in the market with its unit count and median asking price, the whole market's month on one chart, how fast it is selling and cutting, what came and went overnight, and every price that moved.
† The same lots throughout, so a lot joining the tracker never reads as the market growing. A lot missed on a morning is carried at its last count for up to three days, or for as long as we paused reading it, and a lot whose count moved by more than a quarter overnight is left out of that day's arrivals and departures — almost always a change in what we could see rather than in what it holds.

Every dealer in the market has a page like this: what is on its lot and what it carries, its month of arrivals and departures, what moved overnight, and model by model where a shopper can find the same machine cheaper down the road.
† A machine that stops being listed has most likely sold, but the two are not the same thing: a lot pulled from the site for a morning leaves exactly the way a sold machine does. The mornings marked to read with care are where that doubt is largest — a partial read, or a capture missed the day before. Where a lot moved by more than a quarter overnight it is left out of the lines and the averages altogether and the line breaks: a move that size is nearly always a change in what we could see rather than in what the dealer holds.
Price changes
Every unit whose asking price moved between August 1 and August 26, one row per machine.
| Unit | Dealer | Was | Now | Moves | Change | On lot |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2023 Polaris Sportsman 570 EPS $8,999 on Jul 29, then $8,499 on Aug 2, $7,999 on Aug 14 and $7,499 on Aug 23 | Juniper Flats Powersports | $8,999 | $7,499 | 3 | −$1,500 | 143 days |
| 2023 Indian Chief Dark Horse | Ironwood Motorcycles | $17,999 | $15,999 | 2 | −$2,000 | 122 days |

| 2024 Sea-Doo RXP-X 325 | Red Bench Cycle & Marine | $19,899 | $18,499 | 2 | −$1,400 | 188 days |
| 2021 Yamaha YZ250F used | Pinecrest Moto | $5,995 | $5,495 | 1 | −$500 | 61 days |
| 2025 CFMOTO ZForce 950 Sport | Juniper Flats Powersports | $19,499 | $19,999 | 1 | +$500 | 18 days |
Every step is dated, so a markdown ladder reads the way the dealer built it: how much they took off, how long they held each price, and how long the machine had already been sitting.

A machine that stops appearing in a dealer's listings has left the lot. How long it sat first, and how many markdowns it took on the way, is what separates a lot that turns its stock from one that only discounts it.
Head to head
Machines stocked by two or more dealers on August 26. A match needs the same VIN prefix, the same year and the same MSRP, so a trim difference never reads as a discount.

How each lot prices
Measured across every unit each dealer has listed, not taken from a survey.
Median days before a first markdown
Some lots hold a price for two months and then cut hard; others trim early and often. Knowing which one you are up against tells you whether to wait them out or move first.
Illustrative: the dealers, towns, units and prices on this page are invented. Members see their own market.
What it measures
Dealership business intelligence built on one discipline: record every listing, every morning, and never overwrite a day.
- Days on lot
- For every unit on every lot, counted from the first morning it was listed.
- Price history
- Every change to every asking price, dated, with how long the dealer waited.
- Arrivals and departures
- What was newly listed and what stopped being listed each day, and the asking value of what left.
- Aged inventory
- The machines that have sat longest on each lot, and what has already been done to move them.
- Market position
- Each unit against the same model elsewhere in the market, and where a shopper finds it cheaper.
- Pricing behavior
- How long each competitor holds a price before a markdown, how deep the cuts go, and how often.
- Brand and category mix
- What each lot carries, new and used, by brand and by category.
- Plausibility checks
- Prices that look like typos are flagged and left out of the totals rather than quietly averaged in.
How it works
-
It reads every lot
Each morning it reads every listing each tracked dealer publishes on its own website: new and used, every category, every brand.
-
It records each machine
Each unit is kept under the identity its dealer's website gives it, not its stock number, which dealers reuse. Nothing recorded is ever overwritten.
-
It compares against every day before
What arrived, what left, what changed price and by how much, and where each unit stands against the same model on other lots.
-
It reports before the doors open
By opening time the whole market is up to date, lot by lot and as a whole, for the market your dealership competes in.
Questions dealers ask
What is Powersports Watch?
Competitive inventory intelligence for powersports and motorsports dealerships. Every morning it records every unit the dealers in your market list on their own websites, and keeps that history, so you can see how long each machine has been on each lot, how many machines arrive and leave each day, and every time a price changed.
Which vehicles does it cover?
Everything a dealer lists: ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles from dirt bikes to touring machines, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, boats and trailers, new and used, from any brand.
Where does the data come from?
Only from what dealers publish on their own public websites. Nothing comes from a dealer management system, a manufacturer, or anywhere a login is needed, and every unit links back to the dealer's own listing.
How is days on lot measured?
From the first morning a unit appears in a dealer's listings to the last. It counts from when a dealer started being tracked, so it never claims more history than it has actually seen.
Does it know what units sold for?
No. A unit that stops being listed is recorded as no longer listed, which most often means sold, but the price it sold for is never known. It is not a valuation tool.
Who is it for?
Dealership owners, general managers, sales managers and pre-owned buyers: the people deciding when to cut a price, what to stock, and how hard a competitor is working its lot.
How is it different from a listing site?
A listing site shows what is for sale today. Powersports Watch keeps every day, which is what it takes to answer how long, how often and how much.
How do I get access?
Request access from this page. Every request is reviewed by hand, and each account is set up for the market its dealership competes in.
Run a dealership website? About our crawler says what it reads, how often, and how to reach us.
What this is not
It is not a valuation tool and it does not know what anything sold for. It reads what dealers publish on their own websites and remembers it accurately. Prices exclude tax, title, freight, setup and doc fees, and a listing is not an offer — confirm anything that matters with the dealer.
